Cirrus runner up ‘Innovations in cloud contact centre’ at the National Innovations Awards 2020

Cirrus are delighted to be named runner up for the ‘Innovations in Cloud Contact Centre’ UK National Innovations Awards competition. The live Gala Results Webcast took place on 21st April 2020 at 1:30pm BST, presented by Jon Snow, the awards organiser and founder.

Technology innovators from across the world were invited to enter the five categories of this open competition. Only the best were then shortlisted for the finals.

The all-digital awards delivery model triumphed with little delay, despite the judging week falling at the start of the national lockdown.
