We’re Cirrus, a contact centre company who realised that everybody hated contact centres. Yes, even us!
The industry has had a bad rap over the years, and we wanted to fix that. Because we believe that customer service should feel like well… actual service, the kind that people remember for the right reasons. We help businesses do just that, using great tech and even better people.
Because we do things differently, and we do things well.
We’re constantly asking questions like “how can we make this better?” and we’re focused on building an environment where people feel supported, challenged and appreciated.
Whether remote, hybrid, part-time or job shares, we make it work, so you can too.
Everyone receives one fully paid day each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to them.
Through training, mentoring and shadowing, we’ll help you shape the career you want.

From animal shelters to community gardens, our team uses their volunteer day to do good. We’ve raised money for Macmillan, sent aid to Ukraine, and donated time to the causes we care about.
We don’t expect you to be the finished article – in fact, we love people who are still figuring things out! We offer internal progression, access to a learning platform, and regular training, so you can develop your skills at your own pace.
