We’ve embedded Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into the way we operate, from how we treat people, to how we treat our planet. We believe that doing the right thing makes us a better business, and a better partner. We’re not perfect, but we’re always trying to do better, and hold ourselves accountable as we go.

Everyone at Cirrus gets a paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause close to their heart. And our team doesn’t waste a minute.
Here’s a few ways we’ve used our MAD days:
Comic Relief, Movember, and more – we show up for causes that matter. Whether it’s wearing ridiculous outfits or growing questionable moustaches, our team is all in when it comes to raising money for charity.
We’re ISO 14001 certified, which means we’ve got an internationally recognised plan for managing and reducing our environmental impact. That includes how we use energy, how we reduce waste, and how we keep looking for greener ways to operate.
Not everyone experiences the world in the same way. That’s why we’ve partnered with the RNIB to create tools that support blind and partially sighted agents, because brilliant service should be possible for anyone.
